Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be subject to acceptance and successful payment processing. Noiredor may contact you if additional information is required to process an order.

Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Transit generally takes 5 to 9 business days after preparation. Shipping is free. The shipping cut off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5), using the company time zone. Orders placed before the cut off are handled according to the applicable business day schedule. Orders placed after the cut off are handled on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If an order has not arrived after the stated transit period, customers should allow an additional 2 business days. If the order has still not arrived after that period, customers should contact Noiredor at support@noiredor.com with the relevant order information.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An order may be cancelled before processing or shipping begins. Once an order is being prepared or has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is no longer available, the customer may use the applicable return process after delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where applicable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless Noiredor specifically confirms otherwise. Noiredor does not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider. Customers should contact Noiredor before sending a return and follow the return instructions provided.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, customers should contact Noiredor at support@noiredor.com as soon as possible. Clear photographs of the item and the issue should be provided. Photographs of the packaging should also be provided when relevant.
