Order Preparation
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Order preparation begins after the order has been successfully placed and the required payment has been processed.
Shipping Cut Off
The shipping cut off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-5) are handled according to the applicable business day schedule.
Transit Time
After the order preparation period, transit generally takes 5 to 9 business days. Transit time is separate from the 1 to 3 business day order preparation period.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available for an order, it may be provided after the order has entered the shipping stage. Tracking information can take some time to update after the shipment begins moving through the carrier network.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If an order has not arrived after the stated transit period, please allow an additional 2 business days. If the order has still not arrived after that additional period, contact Noiredor at support@noiredor.com with the order information so the delivery can be reviewed.
Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Noiredor at the earliest opportunity. An order can be cancelled while it is still awaiting preparation or dispatch. Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be available. If the order can no longer be cancelled, the applicable return procedure may be used after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If an order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact Noiredor at support@noiredor.com as soon as possible. Send your order details together with clear photos of the item and the issue so we can review what happened. Photos of the outer packaging should also be provided when relevant to the situation.
